Understanding ourselves is important. Living differently is what creates change.

On living differently, becoming more fully ourselves, and what makes change last.

Elisabeth Morray, PhD

About Elisabeth

What allows people not simply to understand themselves—but to live differently?

That question has shaped my work for more than twenty years.

In clinical practice, I sit with people navigating the moments when familiar ways of living no longer fit. In teaching and training, I help clinicians develop the skills to meet people in those same moments with depth and precision. And in speaking, I try to bring these ideas to rooms where they might help someone recognize something true about their own life.

Each of these threads supports the same inquiry: What makes change lasting? What allows people to move from self-understanding to self-authorship? What does it mean to become more fully ourselves?

The work is rarely about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself—and living with greater intention.
