Psychotherapy

For people in Massachusetts or New York navigating transition, grief, burnout, relationship change, identity shifts, anxiety, depression, or emotional disconnection.

This work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and designed for those seeking more than symptom management alone—the capacity to remain present with difficult thoughts and feelings while moving toward a life that feels aligned with what matters most.

Together, we look at the patterns, roles, and internal narratives that may have once helped you survive but no longer fit the life you are trying to build.

Offerings may include

  • Individual psychotherapy
  • 12 session package
  • Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
  • 2-day intensive therapy experiences
  • Ongoing maintenance therapy following completion of an initial package

All therapy services begin with a psychological assessment to determine fit and level of care.

Available in-person and via telehealth for clients in MA and NY
