The Question Beneath My Work.

Dr. Elisabeth Morray

Over time, I have become increasingly interested in a question that sits beneath much of what I do:

How do we find our way back to ourselves after learning to live so far away?

I do not believe women need fixing. I believe women make intelligent adaptations in order to belong, love, succeed, and protect what matters to them. The very patterns that once helped us can, over time, become the things that leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the lives we are trying to build.

This question shapes how I sit with clients, how I teach, and how I think about meaningful change. It is less about solving and more about returning — about creating the conditions for someone to recognize themselves again.
